Hi, my name is Lacey

I’ve spent over a decade using my skills in graphic design for corporate America and I wanted to create something that I hadn’t seen anywhere else; a platform that connects people and nourishes souls. It’s an evolving concept and I expect this section will change in the future. But for now, you can read a bit more about my story in the first online exhibition “Who Are You?”

  • A passion project that aims to provide a collaborative platform for people to share their passions in an exhibition. Sometimes digital; sometimes IRL.

  • Museums have historically told stories from very limited perspectives, thus excluding large groups of people. This project aims to modernize the museum by expanding the role of curator to community members; sometimes collaborating with institutions and other creative storytellers via various mediums.

  • Well that’s a loaded question, but my crystal ball tells me that this project will evolve and expand as more and more perspectives join the collective.

Collective Experience

I decided to use Chat GPT to help formulate the idea of what this project is all about. I was blown away by the results from artificial intelligence, and thought it summed up the concept beautifully, seeing as the words were generated from the world wide web of human experience. I said “write me a short bio about the collective consciousness, multiverse theory, mycelium, connection, other dimensions, portals, story telling, ancient wisdom, nature and empathy.”
